KEY DATES FOR THE POSTER PROGRAMS:

  • Submission site opens: 13 March 2017
  • Submission site closes: 13 August 2017 so that the title can be included in the official printed program.
  • Acceptance sent to presenters: Normally within seven working days after submission.

Instructions for Poster preparation

The poster presentations are an important part of the Scientific Programme and an invaluable opportunity for exchange of ideas and update on new research. The main opportunity for poster viewing and discussion is during the lunch hour and tea breaks each day and authors are encouraged to stand by their poster to answer questions.

Please note the following information for the preparation of your poster:

  • English is the official language of the Conference.
  • Please prepare your poster to fit the dimensions below, it is recommended that posters be prepared on one sheet of cardboard. New generation poster material also acceptable. Alternatively, presenters may display their material on several smaller sheets.
  • The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90cm wide x 120 cm high
  • Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
  • The text, illustrations, etc should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
  • Double sided tape and technical equipment will be available for the mounting of posters.
  • Please refer to the Final Program book that you will receive upon arrival at the Congress for the poster board number assigned to you.
  • Please use the board with the same number.
